Onderdonk is an athletic and shifty offensive prospect with filthy stick skills who can run at attack or midfield. For the bulk of his senior season, Onderdonk has been playing attack and has impressed with his scoring and passing. Onderdonk recently posted three goals and one assist in a win over archrival Haverford School. For an encore, Onderdonk recorded two goals and one assist in a victory over Episcopal Academy. Onderdonk can initiate from anywhere on the field, but is especially lethal when operating at X. From behind the net, Onderdonk can dodge going to his left or right and then shoot with either hand. His elite finishing skills make Onderdonk impossible to stop around the crease. Onderdonk also does a fantastic job separating from his initial defender behind the net, drawing the slide, and then feeding cutting teammates. Assuming that he wants to play lacrosse in college, how Onderdonk remains available is a mystery.
