During the 2026 high school season, Pyfer flashed as a versatile offensive prospect with a nice scoring touch. Those scoring skills were on full display here in July, as Pyfer torched opponents with his ability to find the back of the net from all three levels. Out on the perimeter, Pyfer cranked step downs as well as sidearm rips for goals. Pyfer also initiated from up top as well as the wing, got the middle of the field, and then scored on the run. Additionally, this available 2027 showcased the ability to operate at X. From there, Pyfer used his quick burst to separate from his defender and then turn the corner for scoring opportunities around the crease. Other times, Pyfer initiated from X and bulled his way to the front of the net. Pyfer’s trifecta of athleticism, length, and a well-rounded skill set made him a match-up nightmare for opponents.
