What separates Petock from the majority of 2028 face off specialists in Pennsylvania is his creativity. Petock does a tremendous job of mixing in different techniques and exit strategies to keep his opponent off balance. For instance, Petock has been known to win a clamp, then exit by flipping the ball over his shoulder so he can sprint into the offensive end and to grab it off one hop. Petock also excels at more traditional face off techniques. His clean pick and pops enable him to race down the field and create transition opportunities for his team. Petock’s elusive stick maneuvers enable him to push the ball deep into the offensive end where he is a legitimate threat to crank a shot into the back of the net. This versatile FOGO also can perform defensive exits and then calmly distribute the ball to a pole or the goalie.
