Kent is an athletic netminder with remarkable agility, fast hands, and a high IQ. Last week at the New Balance AA event, those assets helped Kent make a slew of eye-popping clean saves. His ability to slide post to post or execute swift drops to make saves was on full display. Additionally, Kent threw his body in front of a host of shots to make saves. His patience and refusal to bite on fakes enabled Kent to stonewall shooters around the crease. Kent also used his non-stop motor to pounce on loose balls and win a few chases. Once Kent had the ball in his stick, he displayed tremendous composure, as well as precise distribution skills. College coaches will love the way Kent kept his defensive unit connected through constant communication.
