This elite lefty attackman was previously committed to Hofstra. But Trymbiski assembled an epic senior campaign during which he posted 59 goals to go along with 21 assists, was named the POY in the Philadelphia Catholic League, and led La Salle to the 3A state title. Trymbiski’s incredible play during the 2026 season eventually produced an offer from Virginia, and last week, he decided to make the switch. This 2026 prospect is an elite catch-and-fire prospect. The trifecta of Trymbiski’s quick release, accuracy, and creative shot placement makes him a lethal threat from GLE as well as the wing. Trymbiski is also a master at creating scoring chances via nifty off-ball movements. His well-timed sweeps, cuts, and drifts frequently produce dunk opportunities around the crease. Trymbiski also owns enough shake to cook his initial defender and then score on the move.   

This lefty attackman created serious matchup issues for Radnor’s zone defense with his elite catch and rip shooting skills. Trymbiski, a Hofstra commit, scored five goals in La Salle’s win. He got the scoring started for La Salle on a play where he swept around from X, caught a pass just above GLE, and then fired the ball into the near corner. In the 2^nd quarter, Trymbiski received a pass, executed a convincing hitch move, then took two steps to the middle of the field and ripped a shot past Radnor’s goalie. The power and accuracy of Tyrmbiski’s shot made them impossible to stop. Trymbiski’s crafty off-ball movements made him difficult to mark. In addition to his scoring, Trymbiski was a poised ball carrier and a vocal leader for his team.   

Earlier this week, Trymbiski was named the MVP of the Philadelphia Catholic League and on Saturday his play lived up to that lofty award. This Hofstra commit filled the role of hero for La Salle as he notched the game winner with just forty ticks left on the clock. On that game winning play, Trymbiski (1G & 2A) drifted from the right hash to the middle of the field, made a tough catch on a high pass, pushed to the net for a couple steps and then lefty cranked the ball into the goal from 12 yards out. Trymbisksi received extra attention from Bosco’s defense all day. He did a fantastic job of moving the ball to the open man and not taking ill-advised shots. His also displayed excellent field awareness and a high IQ on several other off-ball cuts and dives.    

Trymbiski’s shot power was on full display at this event, with many chances coming with time and room either in a settled set or on EMO. He does a great job of finding the soft spots in the defense to set up for a skip pass or swinging the ball on man-up chances, and can let it fly with power and accuracy. The Hofstra commit finished with two goals vs. Delbarton and then one goal and an assist vs. Western Reserve Academy, with the ability to change planes to keep goalies guessing and the vision to find lanes in the defense to hit an open teammate. He also stayed active by dodging and creating offense for others by getting the defense out of position and drawing help to free up teammates.
