<p class="text-gray-700">Bruette was an absolute warrior during Penncrest's 9-8 defeat of Twin Valley in an epic, five-overtime 2A contest. In this marathon semifinal game, Burette went an incredible 23-of-29 on face-offs. Included in those 23 wins was a beautifully executed clamp and defensive snap to his short stick wing to begin the fifth and final overtime. Bruette used a variety of techniques to secure possession throughout Penncrest's thrilling win. He was especially effective at using clean pick-n-pops to gain possession. Tuesday night, Bruette's stamina was remarkable, but even more impressive was his high IQ and poise. The longer the game extended, the more conscious Bruette seemed to become about securing possession and then getting Penncrest into settled action.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Springfield's offense never found its groove against La Salle, but one of the bright spots for the Cougars was Ellis. This sophomore posted one goal to go along with one assist and ran at SSDM, too. Ellis's goal was the product of a well-designed set play. Coming out of a timeout, Ellis cut to the middle of the field, received a pass from the right alley, and then uncorked a sidearm rip into the net. During this semifinal loss, Ellis also proved he could initiate from anywhere on the field to create scoring chances for himself and teammates. At times, Ellis used his length and solid frame to play a physical brand of lacrosse. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">This athletic and fleet-footed LSM with an active stick was a major reason La Salle was able to keep the clamps on Springfield's offense during the Explorers' 12-4 victory. Several times in this game, Hodakowski raced out of the box, located the ball, and then put a stop to a transition opportunity. On a few settled action possessions for Springfield, Hodakowski smartly came off his man to double-team the ball. In those situations, Hodakowski used powerful trail checks to cause a turnover. This 2027 prospect also displayed impressive scoop-and-go skills. Hodakowski is committed to DIII Catholic University.</p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Niles is a long and athletic midfielder who glides up and down the field. Tuesday night, Niles scored two goals and handed out an assist. On his second goal, Niles executed a beautiful hitch move on the left hash, then dashed to the middle of the field and finished by ripping a low shot into the net. During Radnor's semifinal win, Niles also displayed a quick first step, poise, and excellent field awareness on his dodges. Niles flashed the ability to hustle back and operate at SSDM, too. This 2028 prospect has tremendous upside, and college coaches should scout Niles immediately. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Radnor's 6v6 offense traditionally involves a slew of off-ball movements and screens that produce clean looks in close. On Tuesday night, Radnor's offense was clicking on all cylinders, and Petrone did a fantastic job of quarterbacking that group for the Raptors. When the final horn sounded, this Lehigh commit had posted two goals to go along with six dimes as Radnor won 16-3 and punched its ticket to State College. Two of Petrone's assists really stood out in this win. In the late 1st quarter, Petrone executed a smooth fast break give and go that resulted in a goal for teammate [player_tooltip player_id='143780' first='Cavin' last='Much']. Then, during the 2nd quarter, Petrone threaded a beautiful dime from the right-hand GLE, across the crease, to the back side for a dunk by his younger brother [player_tooltip player_id='175707' first='Riley' last='Petrone']. </p>

<p class="text-gray-700">Tirch was a one-man wrecking crew on offense for Mars during their 9-6 win over District 3 champion Lampeter-Strasburg. This quick-twitch attackman demonstrated elusive stick maneuvers and elite shooting skills as he poured in seven goals for Mars. Three of those goals came in the decisive 4th quarter. In fact, with the score tied at 5-5 in the mid-4th quarter, Tirch scored twice in a span of a minute and a half to give Mars what proved to be an insurmountable 7-5 lead. Tirch's first goal in that 4th quarter scoring blitz was a left-handed snipe from the right wing. His second tally came after Tirch picked up a GB with his back to the cage and then fired an insane backhand shovel shot into the net. Tirch is committed to DII Lewis University.</p>
