Tirch was a one-man wrecking crew on offense for Mars during their 9-6 win over District 3 champion Lampeter-Strasburg. This quick-twitch attackman demonstrated elusive stick maneuvers and elite shooting skills as he poured in seven goals for Mars. Three of those goals came in the decisive 4th quarter. In fact, with the score tied at 5-5 in the mid-4^th quarter, Tirch scored twice in a span of a minute and a half to give Mars what proved to be an insurmountable 7-5 lead. Tirch’s first goal in that 4^th quarter scoring blitz was a left-handed snipe from the right wing. His second tally came after Tirch picked up a GB with his back to the cage and then fired an insane backhand shovel shot into the net. Tirch is committed to DII Lewis University.
