Founded in 2005 by Randy Laco, Next Level Lacrosse was created to serve the lacrosse community across Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia through elite camps, clinics, and travel teams. From its earliest days, the club earned a reputation for running some of the most well-organized and player-focused developmental programming in the region. That foundation helped establish Next Level as a trusted destination for families seeking high-level instruction rooted in both skill development and character growth.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A significant turning point for the club came in 2016, when Dave Mitchell took over as President of Next Level Lacrosse and hired his brother, Boh Mitchell, as co-owner and General Manager. The club expanded from just eight travel teams in 2017 to 18 teams by 2025, with multiple age groups consistently ranked among the top 10 teams in the country.
