Cutter lived up to his name on day two of Main Stage, scoring twice with his off-ball movement. His frame is a major asset, making him tough to move in a variety of situations, especially when he catches the ball ready to finish in one motion. He also showed strong touch around the cage, cleaning up a rebound and burying another goal off a jump shot. As a dodger, he uses his size well to get into defenders, create separation, and shoot comfortably with either hand. His stepdown shot is another strength, as he holds the stick low behind him and delivers a smooth release with both placement and heat.

There’s little to no film on Lent, which is understandable given that he’s just a freshman—though at a rock-solid 6’1, 190 pounds, he certainly doesn’t look like one. A big and strong downhill dodger, Lent is intelligent and well-coached and makes a living getting to his spots, doing a particularly nice job of getting back to the middle of the field for high-quality looks. Talking to several people familiar with what Lent brings to the table, he could be a force in the Founder’s League for years to come, even if freshman playing time is hard to come by at a place like Taft.
