(Princeton) on Thursday afternoon. Not shying away from the matchup at all, Mollot finished with four goals and two assists, repeatedly going at his man from X and finishing topside. Utilizing his elite change-of-direction and aggressive dodging style, Mollot was outstanding and did it all while taking an absolute beating. He picked up tough groundballs, made things happen in the riding game, set up his teammates, and worked for his scoring opportunities by keeping his feet moving without the ball. Every time he’s on the field, he’s making his teammates better and showing his through-the-roof lacrosse IQ. Spalding’s been taking some blows in its non-conference schedule, but as long as the Cavaliers have Mollot running the show, they’ll be in every MIAA game this spring.

A tactical playmaker with ice-cold execution, Brady Mollot runs the offense with the calm presence of a veteran quarterback. Whether threading money passes through traffic or finishing in tight quarters, Mollot plays with an inherent sense of timing and spatial awareness. He’s not just a scorer — he’s a catalyst who elevates everyone around him, dictating tempo and carving up defensive gaps before they fully appear.
Brady’s production is efficient, reliable, and results-oriented. In 2024, he led Spalding with 64 points (27G, 37A) while earning a varsity starting role as a sophomore. In 2025, his impact hit another level: a back-hand shovel goal to lift the Cavaliers past St. Anthony’s (NY) 12–8 at Maryland’s SECU Stadium, followed by a two-goal, three-assist effort in the MIAA semifinal against the two-time defending champion McDonogh Eagles (MD) — a performance that propelled Spalding into the MIAA championship showdown. His consistency and command earned him 2025 All-MIAA honors, cementing himself as one of the Free State’s best offensive talents.
What separates Mollot is the way he processes the game. His anticipation, creativity, and precision feel engineered — ruthless in efficiency and built for winning time. He manipulates defensive rotations with his eyes, punishes over-pursuit with skip passes, and turns tight windows into high-value scoring chances. When the ball is in his stick, possessions feel organized, dangerous, and under control.
Signed to play at the University of Maryland, Brady Mollot will continue the familial Terp lacrosse lineage as a blue-chip hardshell recruit. With his blend of vision, finesse, and elite shot placement, he projects as an impact player in College Park who is ready to revolutionize the modern Maryland offense.

In a class that was incredibly light on quarterback types, Mollot’s below-the-goal-line skill set jumped off the page a year ago. Since then, he’s taken his game to another level, dominating his matchups in the MIAA and against a loaded non-conference schedule for a program that was ranked No. 1 late in the spring. Racking up 29 goals and 36 assists for the Cavaliers, Mollot showed off his relentless compete level, high lacrosse IQ, and fearlessness as a dodger. As elite a feeder as he is, the future Terp has broadened his game and polished his game, expanding his shooting range and showing the ability to dodge from a variety of spots. Always playing bigger than he is and going a million miles an hour, Mollot was stellar in some of Spalding’s biggest games. He’ll follow in his father’s footsteps in College Park, where he’ll join a plethora of former MIAA standouts on offense.

Everything Mollot does is at full speed. He dodges hard, rides hard, and has a relentless competitive drive that is always on display and pairs that with ever-present grit despite being undersized. Selfless with the ball, he seems to have a sixth sense of where his teammates will be at all times and is constantly finding them on the backdoor or with gorgeous skip passes. He’s a formidable goal-scorer who has added some punch and range to his shot, finding the net four times to go with three assists in the Cavaliers’ most recent outing against St. Mary’s. Mollot is a menace off the end line, but he’s shown a lot of confidence as a playmaker all over the field, doing a lot more work up top as a junior.

Bursting onto the scene as Spalding’s offensive leader with 27 goals and 37 assists, Mollot played beyond his years as a sophomore and will be a marked man as a junior. The Terp legacy was excellent in an NHSLS win over Haverford, thriving when he got to 5×5 after exploding to space on his dodges from X. Despite his small frame, he’s tough as nails and is great at working to find the right matchup and the right time to go at them. Possessing outstanding vision and an advanced feel for the game, he’s just as dangerous as a feeder but was more impactful as a goal-scorer during my time watching the Cavaliers.

Mollot had one of the most impressive performances I saw on Friday, racking up four goals in a commanding win over an incredibly talented Laxachusetts squad. He scored on a dip and dunk, a rebound, up the hash and a nasty backhander, and was a presence on the ride as well. He was mostly held in check in the semifinals but still managed to toss a skip assist to Cotton at the buzzer to force overtime. As one of the very best X attackmen in the ’26 class, he’ll be highly coveted come 9/1.

Mollot was somewhat of a revelation for the Cavaliers this spring, exploding for 27 goals and 37 assists for the MIAA semifinalists. At Showtime, he proved to be one of the most productive feeders, racking up at least six helpers to finish with an unofficial mark of 11 points, including an impressive one-goal, three-assist outing on Tuesday morning. The son of former Maryland All-American Mike Mollot, he was awesome in fast break situations, displaying soft hands and superb vision while distributing the rock to his highly capable linemates. Although undersized, he can hurt you as a dodger as well, executing some pretty inside rolls, a diving tally, and one of the better goals of the event, faking an inside roll and burying a jumper.
