About Finn

What's your biggest strength as a player, and how does it show up in games?

My biggest strength is my ability to create offense and move the ball forward after the faceoff. I work hard to win possessions, but I also want to make something happen with them, whether that means pushing transition, finding an open teammate, or staying involved offensively. I think my work ethic is a big part of that because I’m always working to improve every part of my game.

What are you working to improve right now?

I’m working on becoming more complete after the faceoff, improving my counters when I don’t win the clamp and getting even better at reading the situation after I do, so I can make the play that helps my team most.

What are you looking for in a college program?

I’m looking for a team where the players are close, work hard, and strive to be the best. I want to be somewhere with a strong lacrosse tradition where I can keep developing and have the chance to contribute. I also want a school with a lot of school spirit.

Outside of your sport, what should coaches know about you?

I’m really close with my family and friends, and those relationships are important to me. I like playing guitar, golfing, fishing, and being on the water. I try to be a good friend and someone people can count on.

What do you want to study, and what career interests you?

I’m interested in studying business or finance. I like learning about markets and how money moves around the world, but I’m still figuring out exactly what I want to do for a career.
