During the 2026 high school season, Carmouche proved to be one of the top 2028s in the state of Delaware. The combination of Carmouche’s athleticism, speed, stick skills, and aggressive style made him a two-way beast for Salesianum. In June, Carmouche has used that list of assets to torture opponents. Carmouche has repeatedly picked up ground balls or received outlet passes and then exploded down the field for a fast break opportunity. He owns polished stick skills, so Carmouche has not hesitated to crank shots into the net while on the run. At the defensive end, Carmouche’s intense on-ball style of defense was a welcome sight on the summer circuit. Carmouche has done a fantastic job of staying glued to ball carriers and applying constant pressure to their hands. He has also proven to be a tremendous team defender who has executed timely slides and double teams.

Early on in his sophomore season, this athletic and fast LSM with an attacking style has been a two-way force for Salesianum. In March, Carmouche showed that he can scoop up groundballs anywhere on the field and then turn on the jets to create a fast break opportunity for Sallies. His nifty stick skills have enabled Carmouche to score and distribute while running full speed. Carmouche has also proved that he can linger on the offensive end during 6v6 action and create a matchup issue for opponents. Defensively, Carmouche has excelled at harassing ball carriers out on the perimeter and turning those players multiple times. He has also done a fantastic job at racing out of the box and stopping the opposing team’s transition opportunities. Plus, Carmouche has caused turnovers via powerful stick checks as well as with calculated lifts, pokes, and overheads.

stood out all fall with Brotherly Love as a true between-the-lines difference-maker. He’s the type of LSM whose motor never stops, whether he’s flying off the faceoff wing, hunting ground balls, or igniting transition the other way. On the ground, he’s advanced for his age: he consistently wins messy situations by goosing the ball to space, protecting it with his body, and navigating his stick length to keep pressure off him.
Defensively, Carmouche plays with real confidence because the footspeed matches the aggression. He’s comfortable getting on hands and extending, knowing he can recover if a dodger tries to steal a step. His instincts show up in the passing lanes, too. He sees the next pass early and has the length to turn “safe” windows into turnovers. And if you do get out in transition, you’re never safe with him on the field: a lot of his trail checks come from pure chase-down speed and relentless effort, not from getting beat. With the ball, he’s no slouch. He’ll push pace, pressure the defense with his legs, and can get to the doorstep in a hurry. Any time a long pole is shooting from close range, it’s a tough ask for a goalie — and Carmouche creates those moments.
