Arthur has one of the highest ceilings in the 2028 South region. The recent Air Force commit is a big-time football player, and it shows. He’s big, strong, physical, and he eats checks for breakfast. He plays with a wide base, so poles don’t affect him much; he leans into defenders and consistently finishes through contact. The speed and agility in his game show up as well—when defenders expect brute force, he’ll turn the corner and beat them to spots for shots. He consistently dodges with his head up, and when slides come, he finds teammates. I like his range of finishes, too. He brings heat from different release points—both on the run and with his feet set—and has the IQ to hit his spots with a quick release. Colleges see him more as a midfielder, but he’s a dawg on the ride, covering a lot of ground on the chase and delivering heavy one-handed checks when he gets there.
