Having flipped from Duke to Virginia late in the summer, Pedicano has been an absolute menace as a senior, racking up nine goals and six assists for a Green Wave program that has spent much of the spring ranked Top 10 nationally. He’s an imposing cover man who can blanket the opposing team’s top midfield weapon, corral a high volume of groundballs, and take the ball to the rack himself. Also a talented soccer player, Pedicano can run all day and make a full-field impact, but he also has the downright nasty disposition of a football player. Pair him with Mac Christmas at Duke and the Blue Devils will have an outstanding 1-2 punch at LSM.

Pedicano was everywhere for the Green Wave, which is nothing new, as he is always a player to keep an eye on every time he steps on the field. The 5-star recruit assisted on a fast break goal to Falk and then captured a highlight-reel type of goal from midfield as time expired in the first half. He is a big part of their clearing game as well, as he is capable and trusted to handle the ball in the offensive end. The Duke commit was matched up against Nolan Sabel Nolan Sabel Nolan Sabel 6'0" | 180 lbs | M | Right Hand Seton Hall Prep | 2025 #118 Nation NJ basically all game and was able to limit his production quite well.

Will Pedicano Will Pedicano Will Pedicano 6'3" | 190 lbs | LSM | Right Hand Delbarton | 2025 #16 Nation NJ earned US Lacrosse All-American (NJ-North) in 2024. Pedicano is an ultimate competitor and loves the game. Will is not the typical rangy pole that presses out. When it is time for him to take the ball away he can rip arms off. His massive frame allows him to box out & make a play on the ball. Pedicano is superb in transition as someone who can pull it, pass it, or even dodge & hit a lefty on the run. He scored 4 goals & 4 assists in 2024 earning 1st Team All-State for the Green Wave. Pedicano can lock down on defense & toss attackers to the ground from a strong v-hold or wrap check. A consensus five-star prospect. Verbally committed to Duke.

The Delbarton product was everywhere for Leading Edge in the two games I was able to catch. At 6’3, Pedicano is a physical presence on the field who showed great hustle in transition chances. He has quick feet and a smooth dropstep when getting dodged on. He doesn’t throw unnecessary checks, but he always makes sure the opponent knows he’s there with poke checks to the gloves. He didn’t get dodged on too often due to his size, strength and athleticism, but when he did, he displayed good positioning and technique. One of his more underrated traits would have to be his stick skills. Pedicano handles the ball in the offensive end and even stayed on to play offense a few times, resulting in an assist for him. He does good work on the wing and if he isn’t able to get the ground ball, he makes sure to make it tough on the opponent.

Jared Conners 2.0? The Virginia commit looks primed to thrive in the high-paced style of the Cavaliers’ offense, possessing the ability to score with the pole that already looks ready for the next level. He put this on display a handful of times at NLF, however, it’s not just his scoring prowess. Pedicano has all the athletic qualities and defensive abilities to make him a game-wrecking LSM, and he was on fire this fall, having put together an impressive performance at the Best In Class: Committed event.

Having missed most of the summer due to injury, Pedicano has been a man on a mission this fall, an encouraging sign considering he’s the 13th-ranked prospect in the junior class. The future ‘Hoo earned All-Tournament honors and was arguably the most impactful defensive player at the event, showing not only a willingness to do everything asked of him (and then some) but thriving in that role by providing juice play after juice play. Pedicano took face-offs and was an absolute force with the ball in his stick, getting on the board twice in an early game, with his first coming when he gobbled up a groundball, threw a fake, and put a low shot past the goalie. He played hard at all times and was plenty capable both on-ball and off-ball, even if he got beat on a few reps when he was close to GLE. Immediately following the event, Pedicano drew rave reviews from his coaches for what he showed as a teammate and how much of a boost his presence and leadership capabilities gave his squad.
