The best athlete on the field Wednesday night, Andriole came up big for the Tigers with one of his best performances of the young season. Andriole netted a hat trick and also dished out one assist in the win versus the Shamrocks. A serious threat from up top, all his scores came in somewhat similar fashion as he was able to beat, or bully, the short-stick matchup, get downhill, and get the shot off.

Having signed with Marquette, Andriole is one of the most physicality-gifted athletes in the Bluegrass. At 6-foot-4, 200 pounds, he brings a ton of size to the field but also has a good amount of speed to compliment. He is at his best when working from up top as a dodger as he can get downhill and make opposing defense pay on a regular basis.

A dual-sport athlete who also was utilized as a running threat as the Tigers’ backup QB this fall, Andriole has both speed and size on his size. He knows very well how to use that to his advantage, often showing the ability to beat his man and get get downhill for quality looks.

Andriole is arguably the best athlete amongst this class across the Commonwealth. Also playing football, he has been utilized as a running threat as the Tigers’ backup QB this fall. Having committed to Marquette in late July, the big, athletic midfielder knows how to use his God-given traits to his advantage. He is able to get downhill and his hands free often. He is a matchup nightmare for short-sticks.

A dual-sport athlete who also plays quarterback in football, Andriole has some God-given physical traits on his side at 6’3″ and 190 pounds. Andriole knows exactly how to use those traits to his advantage. Often a matchup nightmare for short-sticks, the junior is very comfortable getting downhill and beating his man one-on-one to get to space. Often drawing slides, Andriole has developed into a solid feeder who can find the next man. Along with his traditional downhill dodging, the most impressive thing about Andriole’s game his is range as he can strike from a good distance on a regular basis.
