This elite two-way prospect excels at picking up GBs in the defensive end or on face-offs and then sprinting upfield to create an unsettled scoring chance. Fletcher’s nifty cuts and refined stick skills make him a threat to carry the ball deep into the offensive end and score or feed on the move.
