Lux is a fleet footed, athletic, and versatile pole with an aggressive style. That list of assets makes Lux a standout on-ball defender. In settled action, Lux can pursue ball carriers for long stretches and then use stick checks, lifts, and pokes to cause a turnover. He also does a fantastic job of arriving early to his man and then dictating the action with his stick or his physicality. Coming out of the box, Lux is skilled at sprinting to the ball and then shutting down the opponent’s fast break opportunity. As a nice bonus to his defensive skills, Lux is a pole who can scoop up a GB and then push the fast break for his team. For a 2030 prospect, Lux owns a high IQ and plays with composure.
