Emmett Windley Emmett Windley 5'11" | M Evergreen | 2027 CO capped his junior season with a triple-overtime loss to Cheyenne Mountain in the state championship. He did not have a huge offensive impact in that game, but his body of work still stood out after finishing with 42 goals and 16 assists to help Evergreen reach the title game. Windley is a unique midfielder because of how little whip he plays with in his stick. That style lends itself to pinpoint accuracy as both a shooter and a passer. As a dodger, he does not rely as much on physical tools as he does on deception, efficient angles, and change of direction. He also made plays on the defensive end and between the lines in the championship game. If he can add some weight, he has the potential to develop into a strong two-way midfielder at the next level.
