During the 2026 high school season, Bloss was a freshman starter whose terrific play turned heads in Berks County. That trend continued during the summer circuit as Bloss impacted every facet of the game. Bloss was a dominating player on the face-off wing, where he used his speed, positioning skills, and active stick to secure ground balls and then push transition chances. On defense, Bloss was a menacing on-ball presence at both LSM and close. Bloss proved to be a master at checking the bottom end of an opponent’s stick to create a turnover. He also excelled at using trail checks and can openers to put the ball on the ground. For a rising sophomore, Bloss is extremely poised and fundamentally sound. Those assets combined with his quick lateral movements enabled Bloss to play suffocating defense against 1v1 isolation action.
