I’ve always admired Fox, and he had an excellent season for Middlesex last spring. Although not much has changed since the last write-up, Fox is in a great position to improve his stock with strong performances in the upcoming fall club tournaments. He’s still an excellent five-tool goaltender. Fox is more athletic than you may think and can make plays with the ball as well as stop it from hitting the back of his net. At his best, he’s one of the best goalies left on the board in the region, and if he can show that consistency in the next month or so of competition, he will no doubt be getting offers from schools that are still in the hunt for a netminder.

A New Hampshire native, Fox was one of the best young goaltenders in the ISL last season. A high-academic path is in his future, though it remains to be seen in which division that will play out. He will stay at home and cut down angles with a medium arc. Fox has a wide stance and exceptional wrist control, so he can explode to either side and make a save; he’s not one of those ‘sprawl to the ground and hope it’s a save’ goalies that permeate summer circuit fields each season. With a full season as a starter under his belt from last season, Fox will be eager to show his progression after a summer on the ’28 Tomahawks’ Purple squad.
