A well-equipped creative finisher who can also carry the ball and initiate, Batchelor is earmarked to be a big piece of Middlesex’s offense this spring. His best attribute is his ability to get his shot off with different release points and variations in traffic. If Batchelor gets the ball up top, he’s going to find a way to get his shot off no matter who is guarding him. This summer with 3d New England, he was a handful for every shorty that sidled up to him, often pulling them out into no-man’s land only to be set alight like a bonfire in a desert. Bryant has a history of turning players like Batchelor into consistent producers in the Bulldogs’ offense, which bodes well for his college career.
