Evans is a versatile and highly skilled attackman still available on the board. He loves to initiate from below GLE, where he can do damage in multiple ways. Evans is an effective dodger going up the hashes, confident with either hand, and he keeps his head up to find open teammates. At the same time, he uses that vision as a weapon—freezing defenses with no-look shots up the hashes that keep goalies guessing.
Off the ball, Evans is just as dangerous. He times his cuts well and finds soft spots, especially when sneaking to the backside pipe, where he converts with fakes and quick finishes. With his combination of dodging, vision, and off-ball scoring, Evans has the skill set to be a valuable pickup for a college program.
