is a Dartmouth College commit and one of the most versatile players Nic Bell has coached, he says. He has contributed across the lineup, making an impact at LSM, close defense, faceoff, MDD, and even serving as the point on the EMO as a sophomore. Farnsworth brings an incredible offensive skill set for a long-stick, excelling between the lines and consistently creating advantages in transition. His lacrosse IQ and adaptability allow him to thrive in a variety of roles without sacrificing effectiveness. A true lead-by-example player, Farnsworth sets the standard with his work ethic, competitiveness, and team-first approach.

is a handful for opposing coaches to deal with in the scouting report & on the Lacrosse field. He is an electrifying playmaker who makes sacrifices for the Saints, putting his body on the line to help his team be successful & win. Blake can defend, throw checks, & pick up the ground ball all in the span of a singular possession. He shows creativity in the clear, poised with a sixth sense to head-man a pass with behind-the-back flair. Farnsworth has fine stick-work. He can score or assist in unsettled, transition as well as stay & play in the 6v6 or Man-Up. Blake is a tricky ball carrier as he has started a hidden ball flick where he keeps it & cranks a goal from the top of the box. He is elusive in the open field & he can start on the face-off wing or take the draw. Farnsworth plays with an edge & is a leader for his team in groundballs. He was named one of STAB’s Doug Tarring MVP Award winners as a defender. A consensus 4-star prospect who is considered a top-100 player in the class. Verbally committed to Dartmouth.

Part of a heavy Florida contingent for his 91 LI Storm squad, Farnsworth possesses a lot of qualities that coaches look for when recruiting LSMs, even if he lacks prototypical size. He has a really good handle and was all over first-time groundballs, showing strong skills in transition and a nose for the goal, finding the back of the net in his first game of the day.. He’s all over the middle of the field and has the propensity to pickpocket opposing midfielders, doing so in a handful of instances.

Farnsworth was dominant in all stretches of the field on Thursday. The LSM caused four turnovers including a yard sale can opener check in the first quarter and scored off an outside rip. Farnsworth stayed on for a plethora of STAB’s offensive sets as well as man-up, demonstrating elite stick skills and composure with a long pole. He managed to come out with nearly every 50/50 ground ball off the wings and was excellent at pushing transition as well as making himself open in the clearing game for his goalie. He’ll be an underrated LSM prospect to monitor for the 2026 class.
