Below is a review of Pennsylvania Class of 2029 prospects who I would humbly suggest that college coaches take the time to scout during upcoming fall ball action.      Frimmer is an athletic, fleet-footed, and skilled prospect who plays with a physical edge. That list of assets makes Frimmer an ideal two-way midfielder. Frimmer excels at vacuuming up groundballs in the defensive end or on a faceoff, then turning upfield to push the rock for a transition opportunity. Once he gets below the restraining line, Frimmer is a legitimate threat to crank a shot into the net on the dead sprint. In settled action, Frimmer is a master at coming off screens and then ripping a shot. He can dodge going to his left or right and shoot/finish with either hand, so Frimmer is extremely difficult to defend 1v1. Additionally, Frimmer can carry the ball to X and initiate or feed from there. When he dodges from X and then turns the corner, Frimmer can execute filthy inside rolls to create scoring chances around the crease. Defensively, Frimmer is a gritty short stick who will not hesitate to play the body or deliver a devastating crowbar.     This past summer, Hengst assembled a stretch of remarkable performances. In June and July, Hengst used his electric offensive skill set to destroy opposing defenses at club circuit tournaments. Additionally, Hengst was selected as the MVP at the CK1 Blue Chip Showcase and was a standout performer at the NILLY event too. Hengst's explosive first step, separation speed, and cutback abilities allowed him to blow past, dart around, and slash between defenders to create scoring chances. His ability to execute spins, dips, and elusive stick maneuvers in traffic is remarkable. Once Hengst gets his hands free, he will rip sidearms top shelf as well as off hip and fire bouncers past goalies. College coaches will love that Hengst can initiate from anywhere on the field and put stress on the opposing defense. Hengst is subject to frequent early slides. In those situations, Hengst does a fantastic job of recognizing that scheme and swiftly moving the ball to the open teammate.     Flying under the radar in western Pennsylvania is this game-changing face-off specialist. Kitchen is an athletic FOGO with impressive technique and polished footwork. That trifecta enables Kitchen to execute clean pick-n-pops and then dash into the offensive end for an unsettled scoring chance. Kitchen's relentless motor, positioning skills, and active stick allow him to track down ground balls and then secure possession. He will then roll into open space and smartly drop the ball off to a teammate or turn upfield and lead the transition charge. Kitchen is also an expert at using sweeps, pulls, and jabs to direct the ball to open space and then swiftly pouncing on the GB. Kitchen's length and solid frame are the keys to his ability to execute a defensive exit, spin, box out his opponent, and eventually secure possession.     This extraordinarily athletic and rangy pole is a three-sport standout who also plays football and basketball. On the lacrosse field, Sheffield uses his speed and refined lateral footwork from hoops to stay glued to ball carriers. Sheffield does a fantastic job of beating an opponent to a spot and turning him. Plus, he is a master at constantly harassing a ball carrier's hands. Sheffield will also use his football physicality to get into the offensive player early in his dodge and stop him cold. When the opportunity presents itself, Sheffield will execute a stick check, lift, or poke that puts the ball on the ground. Sheffield's scoop-and-go skills allow him to lead transition opportunities for his team. At the end of July, Sheffield was a key member of the Team Philly squad that won the Command Division at the New Balance All-America event.     Trymbiski is a quick-twitch crease and X attackman with speed and filthy stick skills. When he dodges from behind the net or the corners, Trymbiski can blow past his defender in a straight line or use multiple change-of-direction moves to shake free. After he has separated from the initial defender, Trymbiski excels at turning the corner for a dunk along the crease. He is a master at slipping between or underneath the slide defenders for a scoring chance at close range. Trymbiski can also initiate from X and then push up the hash for a jump shot or a low-angle sidearm on the run. This 2029 prospect is a crafty off-ball operator too. Trymbiski's cuts, dives, and drifts often produce clean catch-and-fire opportunities. Plus, Trymbiski is an expert at working the high crease for quality looks. His field vision and creative passing skills make Trymbiski an incredible distributor too.
