The Nevada HS Lacrosse All-Star Game is Officially Back

This past Wednesday, I had the opportunity to host the Nevada High School Lacrosse All-Star Game at Teton Trails Park. With the help of the players, Harrison Bullen, Desert Dogs players Chase Fraser and Brandon Goodwin, and the support of our sponsors, the Las Vegas Desert Dogs and Westward Lacrosse, we were able to put on a memorable event and a great showcase of Nevada lacrosse for the fans.   There was no shortage of highlight-reel plays throughout the night as players put their skill and talent on full display. Some of the top moments included a behind-the-back dodge from Ky-Mani Blas-Barlow, a crafty inside move from [player_tooltip player_id='176689' first='Weston' last='Schultz'], and a slick rollback finish from [player_tooltip player_id='176994' first='Kanden' last='Brown'] that found the bottom-left corner of the net.   The game itself was competitive, with both teams going on runs and trading momentum throughout the evening. There was also plenty of strong goalie play from the keepers, while the defensemen made their presence felt with a number of quality checks and physical defensive possessions. Overall, I was impressed by the effort and intensity that both teams brought to the field.   In the end, Team White came away with a hard-fought 13-11 victory. More importantly, it was awesome to see the players enjoying themselves and representing their programs one final time. The event provided a fitting way for them to cap off their high school seasons and celebrate the growth of lacrosse in Nevada.   This is just a brief recap of the event.
