Last week, Dwyer committed to Drexel. Having scouted LaSalle several times this spring, I can say with confidence that the Dragons coaching staff landed an absolute gem of a SSDM. During the 2026 season La Salle has faced nationally ranked opponents such as Lawrenceville, Malvern Prep, St. Anthony's and more. Dwyer's athleticism, quick lateral movements, active stick, and physicality enabled him to be a plus defensive player against each of those high-powered offenses. Dwyer is a menacing on-ball defender with a knack for getting into ball carriers early in their dodge. He also excels at using forceful crow bars to cause turnovers. Dwyer's speed and athleticism enable him to push transition opportunities. The Drexel coaching staff will love Dwyer's high IQ and field awareness.

Javadpour is a talented two-way midfielder who earlier this week committed to Canisius. With his speed, field vision and filthy stick skills, Javadpour is a serious transition threat. He is extremely capable of going coast to coast for a goal or an assist. In 6v6 action, Javadpour can use his quick burst to initiate from anywhere on the field. This left hander excels at cooking the initial defender, eluding the slide, and then finishing on the move. Javadpour has also flashed the ability to operate at the lefty attack spot. On defense, Javadpour's smooth lateral movements and active stick make him a fantastic SSDM. He has a habit of repeatedly beating ball carriers to a spot and turning those offensive players multiple times. Javadpour's instincts and aggressive stick make him a ground ball machine. Once he has secured possession, Javadpour does a tremendous job of protecting his stick until he can find open space.

In late April, Meszaros gave his verbal commitment to VMI which meant that the Keydets landed one of the top face-off specialists in Delaware. With his quick reaction times, powerful hands, and refined technique, Meszaros wins a high percentage of his face offs via clean clamps. He will then explode away from the dot and race down field to create a fast break chance. His incredible foot speed makes Meszaros impossible to track down. Meszaros also owns a solid frame and polished footwork. Thus, he can execute a clamp, rotate, and then box out his opponent before securing possession. Additionally, Meszaros is capable of dropping to the turf and grinding out a win too. The VMI coaching staff will love the way Meszaros doggedly pursues ground balls.

This athletic and highly skilled prospect posted a monster summer 2025 operating as a dominant two-way LSM for Hilltop's 2027 squad. Thus, it should not be a surprise that Sardone recently committed to Yale. Sardone's speed, agility and active steak enable him to wreak havoc on opposing offenses. His ability to explode out of the box, track down the ball carrier and stop an opponent's fast break opportunity is remarkable. In settled action, Sardone relentlessly pursues the ball on the perimeter. When the ball carrier presents an opening, Sardone will deliver a stick check, poke, or lift that puts the ball on the turf. Sardone's scoop and go skills will then create a transition opportunity for his team. Adding this versatile LSM is a tremendous move by the Yale coaching staff.

At the end of April, Shone committed to Lafayette which meant the Leopards coaching staff added an athletic, multi-skilled and highly decorated pole to their 2026 class. Before he jumped to Western Reserve, Shone played at Portsmouth HS in New Hampshire where he was the state DPOY as well as USA-Lacrosse All-American. On the field, Shone owns imposing size, aggressive style and polished footwork. Combine those assets with his aggressive stick and Lafayette is getting a close defender who could have an impact right away. Whether he is causing havoc on-ball or disrupting passing lanes with his stick, Shone excels at creating turnovers. His ability to pick up ground balls in traffic and then clear the ball with legs or a smart up-field pass is impressive. Additionally, Shone is a high IQ pole whose slides and double teams are always on time.
