His first goal came after getting to the middle, and he wisely changed planes on his shot to throw the goalie off. He later notched another 3 goals, one of which was a perfectly placed snipe that went top shelf. Considering he's only a freshman, there is clearly upside there. He'll just need to add to his frame. He opened his night with a transition goal, using crafty dekes to fake out the defense. He added his second by unleashing an underhand rip from the perimeter that found the back of the net. And later completed the hat trick with another transition finish.
