While his aggressive style can lead to rebounds, he makes up for it with his ability to track down loose balls, win foot races to the end line, and handle the ball out of the crease. He's also quick to pop back up and make a second save. Slater's confidence playing beyond the crease sets him apart and makes him one of the more dynamic goalies still on the board.</p>

He stands relaxed, hands straight up and steady, never overloading or fidgeting in the cage. When he's square to shooters, it's a tough day for anyone trying to score. Nanavati reads the ball early off the stick and reacts quickly.Another strength of his is clearing the ball. He gets it out smoothly, quickly, and accurately. Nanavati's poise and consistency make him the kind of goalie every coach wants anchoring their defense.</p>
