[player_tooltip player_id='143645' first='Kane' last='Quenault'] (Notre Dame) was perfect at the faceoff X, going almost perfect in the two games I watched and completely controlling possession for Leading Edge. For Team Ten, [player_tooltip player_id='121320' first='Jamie' last='McCracken'] (Brown) looked sharp as a dodger and in the two-man game, while [player_tooltip player_id='123039' first='TJ' last='McDermott'] (Richmond) dominated at the X with quick exits and clean wins. [player_tooltip player_id='23606' first='Conor' last='Morsell'] (Notre Dame) reminded everyone why he's considered one of the top recruits in the country, showcasing elite vision, creativity, and highlight-reel scoring ability. Team 91 Charlotte midfielder [player_tooltip player_id='167397' first='Cooper' last='Show'] (Stony Brook) filled up the stat sheet, scoring in a variety of ways—as seen in a reel from the weekend. On the defensive end, [player_tooltip player_id='165944' first='Lars' last='Bergstrom'] (Cornell / Next Level) impressed with his physical play and vocal leadership, constantly directing slides and keeping his defense organized.

One of my favorite two-way midfielders at the Terp Classic was 3d Georgia product and Army commit Linkin Miller. On offense, he's an athletic dodger with excellent change of direction, speed, and vision to find teammates after drawing slides. He's confident redodging when the first look isn't there, and as a shooter, he uses a variety of release points to keep goalies guessing. His range is impressive, especially when he uses defenders as screens to extend it. On defense, Miller's athleticism shows through his footwork and physicality. He plays with an edge and has developed a smooth “crowbar” move that's led to more than a few turnovers. Miller's two-way presence and competitive edge will fit perfectly in Army's hard-nosed style of play.

There aren't many players with a bigger frame than Maks Bielski. The big lefty's strength and power show up in every part of his game. He can run through defenders and rip shots past goalies with ease—as shown in his reel from the weekend. Bielski's tough to move off his line and uses his frame to his advantage, finishing through contact and battling for loose balls. Add in the velocity he generates on his shot, and it's easy to see why Stony Brook wanted him. Bielski recently transferred to Middlesex, where he'll bring that same physical presence to the prep level.

Denver once again tapped into its Canadian pipeline and came away with a gritty, well-rounded prospect in Taylor Harding. His box background is clear from the start—he plays with toughness, skill, and a physical edge. At the Terrapin Classic, Harding threw his body around without hesitation, diving in front of shots, flattening dodgers, and even taking clears into his own hands when needed. He had great timing on his slides, and he brought real force every time he arrived. In groundball battles, he used his pole to hockey the ball to open space, and in transition, he made the right reads and finished when chances opened up. Harding's physical presence and skill should translate seamlessly to the next level.

One of the better two-way poles on the club circuit, [player_tooltip player_id='168169' first='Aidan' last='Shaw'] is a must-see prospect. The Rutgers commit plays with confidence in every phase of the game. In one-on-one situations, he moves his feet well, brings physicality, and lands perfectly timed over-the-head checks to create turnovers. Off the ball, he's aggressive and calculated—sliding hard to double the ball and force takeaways. On the other end, Shaw's skill set translates seamlessly. He's deceptive in transition, draws slides, scores goals, and has the confidence to dodge in settled situations. Few poles in the class impact both ends the way Shaw can.

[player_tooltip player_id='168173' first='Joe' last='Egan'] is one of the more hard-nosed and mistake-free defensive midfielders I have seen in the 2027 class. His athleticism, strength, and football background are evident in many different ways. On defense, he's really tough to beat—staying glued to dodgers and delivering a heavy jam that knocks them off their path. In transition, Egan plays with confidence and power. He can split double teams and isn't afraid to lower his shoulder through contact. Rutgers landed a gritty, reliable competitor who looks ready to challenge for playing time the day he arrives on campus.

Jonah Ziv brings the toughness, competitiveness, and selfless play that Colgate looks for in its recruits. He's a strong dodger who uses his body well to get into defenders and separate with speed. What makes him dangerous is how quickly he can release the ball—both on the run and when he stops and pops. He loves his overhand lefty release and places it with precision. Ziv isn't one-dimensional, either. He moves the ball with confidence and doesn't force plays, often finding open teammates in tight once the slide comes.
