Below is a review of Class of 2027 prospects from South Jersey who we suggest college coaches should contact during the opening month of recruiting for 27s.

There are two items that immediately pop about Arceo's versatile skill set. The first is Arceo's elite ground ball skills. His athleticism, speed and hand-eye coordination enable Arceo to vacuum up ground balls in open space. When it comes to securing a GB in a crowd, Arceo's nifty stick skills and nose for the ball give him a distinct advantage. Arceo does a fantastic job of playing his opponents body or stick early during contested GBs. The second item is Arceo's polished long stick shooting skills. Arceo excels at firing shots on the run during transition opportunities. While on the move, Arceo can ping corners, score off hip or slip a crafty bouncer past the goalie. Arceo can also work give-no-go action for a clean look in-close. In settled action, Arceo is a threat to rip step downs from deep. Arceo is a pus defensive presence too. His active stick, non-stop motor and refined footwork allow him to pursue ball carriers and then create a turnover.

Baglieri caught our attention this summer with his athleticism and offensive versatility. In June and July Baglieri did a tremendous job of balancing his own scoring opportunities with distributing to teammates. On the scoring front, Baglieri proved he could find the back of the net while playing attack or midfield. From either position, this lefty's speed and change of direction moves enabled him to get his hands free for cranks on the run. Baglieri also showed he could score via rips from the wing as well as catch and shoots on the crease. His ability to turn the corner from X and then convert was impressive too. Baglieri's feeding skills were extraordinary as well. When he was behind the net his timely passes to cutters frequently produced goals. At midfield, his field vision generated skip passes and dimes to the backside that caught opposing defenses napping. College coaches should also be intrigued by Baglieri's ground ball skills.

The trifecta of Currie's size (6'7”; 230 lbs.), incredible athleticism (also a DI football recruit) and stick skills makes him a unicorn on the lacrosse field. Obviously, Currie can create turnovers by physically bullying offensive players. Plus, with his enormous wingspan Curie easily disrupts passing lanes with his stick. His knack for snagging ill-advised passes is incredible. For his size, Currie moves well. Thus, he can track ball carriers on the perimeter or behind the net until they make a mistake. Once that happens, Currie will deliver a powerful stick check that jars the ball lose. As a team defender, Currie executes timely slides and double teams with a physical edge. Currie's long strides and ability to run through opposing players makes him a plus in the clearing game. This past summer Currie was the defensive MVP at the Main Stage showcase.

During September we anticipate that college coaches will be blowing up the phone of this speedy and multi-skilled attack with impressive size. Dzwolak is a natural lefty, but he is a threat to score or distribute with either hand. He also plays with extreme pace but is never out of control. Dzwolak's ability to beat the initial defender with his quick burst or his physicality makes him a match-up nightmare for opponents. His swift first step and elusive moves enable Dzwolak to blow past or dip underneath his defender. When he is on the move, Dzwolak possesses the ability shoot from multiple angles. He can also get downhill, draw the slide, and then use his field vision to find the open teammate. Dzwolak is a remarkable stand still shooter too. He frequently unleashes rockets from wing or GLE. During the 2025 high school season Dzwolak poured in 48 goals and handed out 33 assists. Those stats earned Dzwolak a 1st Team All-Mid Atlantic Prep League selection.

Hendricks is an elite attackman with speed and filthy stick skills. That combination makes Hendricks a threat to score from anywhere in the offensive end. Still, what college coaches will really love about Hendricks is that he is a wizard at operating from X. When he is looking to score from behind the net, Hendricks will execute a quick split dodge or stutter step to slip past his man. Then he will accelerate around the corner and come to the front of the cage for a dunk. Or he can initiate from the low offensive corner, quickly hit top gear and blow past the initial defender on a straight line for shot on the run. Hendricks is a threat to distribute on these charges from X to the cage. When Hendricks operates off-ball, he will frequently sweep around from X to the far post or front of the crease for a quick catch and shoot. His deep bag of in-close finishing moves keeps goalies off balance.
