The Best in Class event was loaded with offensive firepower, and the talent on display was nothing short of impressive. What made it even more remarkable was how these players performed against some of the top defenders and goalies in the country — all while being watched by a sideline full of high-level Division I coaches. From slick passers working at X to dynamic midfielders dodging with confidence and control, the offensive depth in the 2027 class was both deep and diverse. These weren't just highlight-reel players — they were smart, skilled playmakers who made the right reads, executed under pressure, and consistently found the back of the net. Whether it was elite vision, deceptive moves, or pure finishing ability, these were the guys who stood out every time the ball was in their stick:

Adamson's name started buzzing in the lacrosse world this spring when he buried the game-winning goal in overtime against powerhouse Gonzaga — a huge moment for any player, let alone a sophomore. That clutch play wasn't a one-time flash, either. At the Best in Class event, Adamson stood out for all the right reasons and quickly became one of the most talked-about 2027s in attendance.

What makes Adamson so dangerous is that he impacts the game in every phase. With the ball in his stick, he's confident and explosive. His dodges are full of bounce and deception, constantly keeping defenders on their heels. Off-ball, he's just as lethal. He has a knack for slipping into soft spots in the defense — often popping up wide open on the backside pipe — and he finishes with poise and creativity once the ball finds him.

But Adamson's value doesn't stop on offense. He brings a relentless energy when riding, consistently creating pressure and forcing turnovers. His motor doesn't stop, and that grit only adds to his already well-rounded game. Adamson is a name to know in the 2027 class — a high-IQ, high-motor player who can beat you in multiple ways. His versatility and feel for the game suggest a very bright future ahead.

How can you not love a lefty Canadian? Bladon checks every box you'd expect from a polished Canadian attackman, and then adds a few more. At the Best in Class event, the 2027 showcased a skill set that was equal parts flashy and fundamentally sound — the kind of performance that sticks in a scout's notebook.

What truly separates Bladon from his peers is his deception. He's not just creative — he's crafty. When shooting, he's shown off a slick twister finish and a dynamic low-to-high windup that keeps goalies guessing. That windup, a staple in box lacrosse because of how it fools even the best netminders in tight spaces, is even more dangerous in the field game where goalies are less used to it. Bladon isn't just a scorer. He's a high-level passer with vision and flair. Whether it's no-look dimes or feeding out of his signature windup, he consistently delivers passes with pace, timing, and purpose. The ability to disguise his intentions — shoot, dodge, or feed — makes him incredibly tough to cover.

One of the more advanced aspects of Bladon's game is how he manipulates his posture while dodging. He constantly shifts between looking like he's ready to pass, then winding up to shoot, and then suddenly re-engaging to dodge. When paired with his lethal shot and passing ability, it becomes a nightmare for defenders to anticipate his next move. Bladon is a dynamic lefty with a box background and elite deception, making him one of the most creative and dangerous offensive threats in the 2027 class.

No player turned more heads at the Best in Class event than Oakey, and for good reason — he flat-out filled up the stat sheet inside Chase Fieldhouse. On Tuesday, he posted 3 goals and 1 assist against Team 5. He followed that up on Wednesday with an explosive 5-goal, 1-assist performance against Team 2. In a showcase packed with offensive talent, Oakey was the name everyone was talking about.

What makes Oakey so dangerous is how easily he creates offense — both with and without the ball. With it, he's smooth and composed, using a well-timed rollback to get to the middle of the field and set up high-quality shots. Without the ball, he consistently finds soft spots in the defense, particularly on the righty wing, where he's become a serious off-ball threat. Oakey's not just a one-handed scorer, either. He's shown he can finish with his left, adding another layer to his offensive toolkit. He's got a deadly quick-release underhand shot, powered by snappy wrists that make it tough for goalies to track. One highlight-reel moment included a backhand finish in traffic — the kind of creativity and confidence that separates elite scorers from the rest of the pack. Even when defenses key in on him or send early slides, Oakey stays composed. He can absorb contact, get his shot off through pressure, and still find the back of the net. Oakey proved himself as one of the most polished and productive offensive players in the 2027 class, showing the kind of scoring instincts and toughness that translate to the next level.

When a Division I coach was asked who stood out most at the Best in Class event, the answer came without hesitation: “The most college-ready player is Brimhall.” That kind of endorsement speaks volumes — and after watching him perform, it's easy to see why. Brimhall is a dynamic left-handed attackman with a lethal scoring touch. His shot is one of the most advanced in the 2027 class, drawing comparisons to Brennan O'Neill for the way he hides the release point and delivers with pinpoint accuracy. He pulls the ball behind his body, making it incredibly difficult for goalies to track, and then snaps his wrists at the last second to put it exactly where he wants.

But he's far from just a shooter. Brimhall's dodging ability from the lefty wing is elite. He has a smooth, patient approach, using hesitation moves and subtle changes of speed to freeze sliding defenders and create separation. His IQ, combined with his physical tools, allows him to manipulate matchups and control the tempo of the offense. What sets Brimhall apart is not just the production, but the polish. He plays with the poise and presence of a much older player, and his game already mirrors what college coaches are looking for. [player_tooltip player_id='123794' first='James' last='Brimhall'] is a high-level lefty scorer with advanced mechanics, elite footwork, and the ability to take over a game — a clear top prospect in the 2027 class.

At the Best in Class event, Max Aitken proved he has all the tools to become a high-impact midfielder at the next level. He was one of the most complete two-way players on the field — a true do-it-all middie who contributed in every phase of the game. With the ball in his stick, Aitken is dangerous. He can dodge, feed, and finish — and he does all three with both hands. He flashed impressive vision as a passer, including a couple of no-look assists that caught the defense completely off guard. As a shooter, he showed he can bury the ball with accuracy and creativity, particularly with sidearm shots to the low corners that gave goalies a ton of trouble. Aitken's impact off-ball was just as impressive. He made smart, timely cuts that created easy opportunities, showing his awareness and feel for spacing. He doesn't need the ball in his stick to influence the offense, which makes him even more valuable in a midfield rotation. Defensively, Aitken proved he can hold his own — and then some. He's got quick feet, solid technique, and the physicality to jam dodgers and take away their space. Max Aitken is a complete midfielder with two-way versatility, a high lacrosse IQ, and the kind of balanced game that translates well to the next level.
Jordany Rosario is already one of the most compelling stories in the 2027 class — and he's just getting started. The Bronx native gained national attention through a standout collaboration with StringKing, where his journey and passion for the game were spotlighted. But make no mistake: Rosario isn't just a feel-good story — he's a legit playmaker with the skills to back it all up.

At the Best in Class event, Rosario was electric. He may not be the biggest player on the field, but he might be the quickest. With the ball in his stick, he's bouncy, slippery, and unpredictable — a nightmare matchup for any defender. He does most of his damage from X, where his speed and change of direction allow him to beat his man both ways with ease. His dodges are sudden, and his ability to keep defenders guessing makes him incredibly tough to contain. Rosario's game is built on deception and creativity. He knows how to set up his defender, change pace, and snap into another gear. Whether he's looking to turn the corner or freeze a slide, he plays with confidence and flair. Jordany Rosario is one of the most dynamic and exciting players in the 2027 class — a quick-twitch X attackman with elite change-of-direction and a growing national profile.
Harrison Tyler showed at the Best in Class event that he's more than just a scorer — he's a complete offensive weapon. Whether he's finishing plays himself or setting up his teammates, Tyler knows how to generate points and make things happen on the field. Tyler turned heads with a slick finalizer move that ended in a highlight-reel goal, showcasing the kind of individual flair that grabs a scout's attention. He's especially effective around the crease, where his ability to change speeds, shake defenders, and stay poised under pressure makes him a consistent threat.

One of the most impressive aspects of his game is his true two-handedness. Tyler doesn't just use his off hand — he trusts it. Whether he's dodging, feeding, or shooting, he's comfortable going either direction, which makes him incredibly tough to defend and allows his team to keep spacing fluid on offense. Tyler also has a strong sense of timing and field awareness. He understands when to push, when to feed, and how to manipulate defenders to create quality opportunities. Harrison Tyler is a dual-threat attackman with sharp finishing ability, true two-handed skills, and a playmaker's mindset.

One of the more well-rounded offensive players at Best in Class, Gavin Snyder consistently found ways to get to the middle of the field and generate high-quality looks. He plays with noticeable bounce and fluidity in his dodges, showcasing a level of body control and maturity that projects well to the next level. What separates Snyder is his decision-making. While many players at showcases are hunting their own shots, Snyder stood out for his unselfishness. He was quick to move the ball, especially to the backside, and showed excellent timing and touch on his passes. That kind of awareness and willingness to make the right play — even if it doesn't end with him on the stat sheet — speaks volumes about his feel for the game. Tompkins plays with a slick, confident style. He doesn't force plays, but when things break down, he has the instincts and skill to create something out of nothing. His ability to stay composed in high-pressure moments made him one of the more intriguing offensive prospects in the 2027 class.
