An outstanding athlete who is incredibly confrontational on-ball, Zeitlin has been playing with conviction as of late, having performed admirably after transferring from Poly Prep (N.Y.) to Deerfield (Mass.) before his junior season. He’s always providing a spark and setting the tone with his physicality, crowbarring his man to death or catching his guy slipping with a caused turnover off of a wrap check. Zeitlin is perfectly comfortable being left out on an island and lights out at and below the goal line, where he’s just as effective as a top-tier longpole. It’s been noticeable just how rare it is to see an opposing player dodge Zeitlin multiple times once they deal with him 1v1 the first time around, which is the sign of a high-caliber SSDM. With the ball in his stick, he’s elusive in the open field and electric in punt return style clears, so he’s more than capable of contributing offensively in transition.
