Rupp is perhaps the best, most consistent, and most important player to his team in the region. The senior Mount St. Mary’s signee has done it all for the Dragons, serving as their primary faceoff man while also being a serious threat on offense and a solid defender on the back end at times, as well. Being especially strong at the dot when it comes to offensive exits, he can sometimes be a one-man wrecking crew for the Dragons to keep them in and win games.

The most recent DI commit from the Bluegrass State, Rupp made his commitment to Mount St. Mary’s in early September. He dominates that faceoff dot in Kentucky as one of the best at the position, having great hand speed and being able to counter well. He is often able to get good offensive exits. Rupp is more than just a FOGO as he has the stick skills of an offensive starter. He was maybe the most important player to his team anywhere in the state last spring.
