One of the goalies who made some real “wow” saves at the Terrapin Classic was Baccaro. The one that stuck out most came against Team Ten—he stuffed a crease dive that looked destined for the back of the net. In tight, he naturally baits shooters high, then explodes up to the ball when they take it. From range, he’ll lower his stance as shooters wind up, staying compact and balanced. Laterally, he’s clean—no wasted steps, no false movements. In the clearing game, he’s sharp. He sparks transition with quick, accurate outlets that hit teammates in stride. Every game, he finds a way to steal one or two goals, and that’s what separates him.
