Ramos committed to Joe Alberici and Army just after midnight on July 1 — the first day service academies can contact rising juniors — and looks like a perfect fit for the Black Knights’ program. Undersized yet sturdy, Ramos consistently plays bigger than his frame and never hesitates to initiate contact against larger defenders. He throws his body around in the riding game, relentlessly hounding opponents to the midline with tenacity. As a dodger, he creates his own offense, attacking matchups with aggression and fearlessness while frequently using deception to his advantage. Just as dangerous as a feeder, Ramos is a savvy passer who delivers skip and spot feeds with creativity and flair. Simply put, Ramos is always applying pressure to defenses — and he’s a lot of fun to watch.
