Although Cook finished with two goals and an assist, none of his points came when they were matched up 1v1. Over the last two weeks, I’ve continued to notice McGlone for all the right reasons: his approaches and slides are sound, his stick’s always in the right position, and he’s sticky on-ball. McGlone is smooth off the ground and quick to jumpstart the clear, though if there’s a knock on him, it’s that he sometimes gets a little overzealous with the ball in his stick on the offensive end.
