A highly talented lefty, Hamilton first popped onto my radar this spring when he exploded for 34 goals, 34 assists (plus a whopping 56 groundballs) while earning All-FCIAC honors for the Warriors. He continued to impress throughout the summer, scoring a bevy of big goals in big-time matchups while showcasing his well-rounded skill set. He thrives as both a goal-scorer and passer and consistently does the little things extraordinarily well. His high energy and effort level also manifest themselves in the riding game, where he’s known to hunt down the opposition all the way to the midline and regularly cause turnovers. At his best above the goal line, Hamilton is a wing dodger who has a knack for putting the ball in the back of the net in a variety of ways, including stretching a defense. He’s sneaky off-ball, crafty, and creative, playing fast yet always within himself and while always taking care of the ball.
