Holland has been phenomenal all year, but saved some of his best lacrosse for last. The uber-talented lefty got the scoring started midway through the first quarter, then tallied three goals in the final 10 minutes to ultimately give the Panthers the win. On his first goal, he caught a pass on EMO while loaded and ripped a sidearm beauty high, then added an assist to

in transition during the second quarter in the second quarter in transition. In the fourth quarter, a teammate created space for Holland to dodge from behind the cage, and from there, he curled around the crease, threw a fake, and finished past Inzer. Next, he made a wonderful individual effort, starting his dodge from up top with his right hand, beating his man near the hash to free his hands, then shot with his left, with the defender screening the goalie. After Inzer had an eye-popping three-save flurry around the five-minute mark of the fourth quarter, Holland was the one to stymie him, picking up a groundball and racing topside before burying one from the hash. Top to bottom, that fourth quarter stretch from Holland was one of the more clutch playoff performances I’ve seen in the last few years and was a huge reason why PVI emerged victorious. He’ll undoubtedly receive a significant rankings bump in the final update.

Known to be adept as both a goal-scorer and a feeder, Holland’s ability as a QB was on full display during his one-goal, five-assist outing against IMG. For whatever reason, the Ascenders seemed content leaving the High Point signee open with his hands free, and he went to work. Explosive and fast, Holland has drastically improved his right hand over time and can let it fly with either hand. He sees the field at an elite level and consistently makes the correct read, plus he’s a constant factor on the ride, making IMG work in the clearing game and winning the ball back on more than one occasion. He was awesome in the second half, routinely finding cutters and putting the ball in tight windows. Set to stay a Panther at the next level, John Crawley got a good one in this dynamic and intelligent lefty.

scored 51 points (37 goals & 14 assists) as an auspicious attacker in the making. He is a first-class player for Paul VI as a hard dodger & finisher! Heath made Varsity as a freshman & has been convincing with his play ever since. He can spot up, catch, & shoot off the ball. Holland will initiate with upright vision & proper aggression when his number is called. He will dodge hard off of the pick & can go at a pole with proper spacing. Heath is a traditional lefty in the sense that he is a sure finisher on the backdoor with a quick stick. He is a performance athlete for the Panthers, one of the DMV’s top teams. Holland is competitive in play! A consensus 3-star prospect. Verbally committed to High Point.

Holland is a bonafide steal for newly minted head coach John Crawley and his High Point Panthers. A lefty who has grown a few inches since the first time I saw him in January, Holland has shown that he’s plenty capable of taking his man to the rack and making things happen with the ball in his stick. However, I think he’s arguably more dangerous without the ball in his stick and could be lethal in college when paired with a quarterback type. There were multiple instances in which Holland made a superb cut that led to a goal, and he always finished appropriately and at a high clip.

A promising talent for a rising PVI program, the skilled lefty made varsity as a freshman and has shown well on the club and showcase circuit ever since. Just below 6’0, Holland has a sturdy frame, deceptive quicks, and soft hands inside, making a living off-ball, in unsettled situations or when dodging poor approaches. He was excellent last month during his time at the NLF at IMG Futures event, making the All-Star Game and filling up the stat sheet throughout the long weekend.
