At 6’4” and nearly 200 pounds, Smith provided an imposing presence on defense for Westtown. On Tuesday night, Smith used his athleticism, wingspan, and power to disrupt numerous ANC possessions. Smith pursued ball carries out on the perimeter and caused turnovers with forceful stick checks. He deflected a number of passes/shots, too. Additionally, Smith execute physical slides as well as double teams that put the ball on the ground too. College coaches will love that Smith’s long strides allow him to close out on offensive players quickly.
