Wiry and exceptionally light on his feet, Hutson brings a high level of twitchiness and athleticism to the cage. He’s the type of goalie who always seems to get a piece of everything thrown his way, with a knack for committing robberies and matching sticks 1-on-1. Despite his high-energy play, he’s always in control, relying on sound footwork and strong fundamentals to stay balanced. In the clearing game, Hutson leverages his athleticism effectively, showing patience and decisiveness with his outlets. A Pennsylvania native who boards at Georgetown Prep, he produced impressive tape during his All-Tournament performance with Team Baltimore at the New Balance All-America event. Certainly good enough to push for a starting role as a freshman, Hutson is expected to do so even with the Little Hoyas returning a talented 2028 keeper who started last season.
