About Blake

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I would describe my style as shifty, alert, and unselfish. I play X attack always looking for an advantage as a feeder or a shooter.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I am quiet on the field and let my game speak loud. I lead in situations but want to see my teammates succeed and be involved.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Lacrosse, golf and ski club.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I volunteer with my Dad for disaster recovery. I volunteer at the local church for food drives. I am a team player always looking to win as a unit, not as an individual.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I have faced challenges as a smaller player and as a boarding student. The transition from the comfort of home to boarding was tough at first but the staff and brotherhood of Boy Latin made the transition ultimately successful. I am 5’8” and can be overlooked, but I have learned to play big and make plays when it matters. I use my quickness, vision and finishing skills around the cage.

What type of college are you looking for?

Large D1 school with great academic reputation.
