As a freshman (2023), Faison earned US Lacrosse All-American (FL-South Atlantic) at Pine Crest playing alongside his older brother. Dylan competes with a rare swagger & is a superb athlete. He uses size, speed, & strength to get leverage firing off high-percentage shots. Faison is a productive off-ball finisher as well as a creator. He makes the highlight play look routine with an acrobatic finish or a behind-the-back assist. Dylan is a pin-point accurate shooter who shows the ability to finish with either hand from up top as a midfielder or behind the goal as an attacker.
