Below is a review of five prospects from the Delaware Valley who are flying under the radar right now.

I humbly suggest that college coaches get out this fall and scout the extremely talented players profiled below.

One item that immediately pops about Campbell's game is his elite ground ball skills. In a crowd, Campbell can use his aggressive stick work and positioning skills to secure possession of the ball and then roll to space. In the open field, Campbell is a ball hawk who can track down a ground ball and then use his speed and sure-handed stick skills to vacuum up the GB. Once Campbell has the ball in his stick, he can push the rock for a transition scoring chance. On defense, Campbell is a fundamentally sound on-ball defender who uses a fantastic blend of his smooth lateral footwork, physicality, and aggressive stick checks to keep the ball carrier in front of him. Campbell also owns a deep bag of lifts, pokes, slaps and can openers that cause turnovers. Plus, Campbell is a master at executing timely trail checks that put the ball on the ground. College coaches will love Campbell's ability to provide suffocating on-ball defense behind the net.

This fleet footed pole with an active stick is a caused turnover machine. Cox excels at applying relentless pressure on ball carriers via slaps, lifts, and pokes. He will also throw in the occasional shoulder check to knock his opponent off balance. Cox's menacing on-ball presence wears out offensive players until they cough up the rock. Off-ball, Cox has displayed incredible instincts for when to leave his man, so he can execute a trail check on the ball carrier. Cox also does a tremendous job of reading passing lanes and then using his active stick to deflect or intercept passes. This junior's speed and refined stick skills allow him to get out in transition and push the ball deep into the offensive end. Those same assets make Cox a plus player on the face off wing. Cox has demonstrated that he can operate effectively in man-to-man as well as zone defensive schemes.

Magladry is a lefty goalie who possesses imposing size, fast hands, and remarkable agility. His ability to track shooters combined with his elite stick skills produces a high percentage of clean saves. On long range shots, Magladry does an amazing job of tracking ball carries, cutting down the angles and then attacking the shot attempt. Magladry's poise, quick reflexes, and willingness to use any part of his body help him deny scoring chances around the crease. This 6'4” goalie with a solid frame will catch opponents by surprise with his athleticism. Magladry can execute swift drops to make a save on a low shot, then quickly pop up and get back into position to turn away a rebound attempt. On loose ball situations, Magladry will scramble to secure possession in a flash. As a bonus to his goalie skills, Magladry keeps his defense connected with clear and frequent communication.

Stashed away on the deep Sallies roster is this athletic and versatile offensive prospects. Plews owns impressive speed, a high IQ, and a well-rounded skill set. That trifecta of assets allows Plews to initiate from anywhere in the offensive end and create scoring chances for himself or teammates. His ability to get downhill from up top and then fire missiles into the net on the run is remarkable. Additionally, Plews can crank step-downs past opposing goalies from up top. Plews also does a fantastic job of executing off ball cuts from up top that produce catch and finish chances in close. The combination of Plews shifty moves and polished stick skills make him an effective X-attackman too. From behind the cage, Plews will shake his defender and then dash around the corner for a goal. Or Plews can initiate from X, separate from his defender, draw the slide, and then feed a cutting teammate.

Starck is an athletic, fast, and high IQ prospect who can impact a game at both ends of the field. On offense, when you combine those assets with Starck's explosive first step and shooting skills, you get a midfielder who can initiate from up top, get down the alley and then rip sidearms on the run. Or Starck can get downhill, elude the sliding defenders, and then finish in close. Starck can also sweep across the opposing defense from the wing until he finds space for a crank. Starck's ability to dodge going to his left or his right and then shoot / distribute with either hand makes him extremely difficult to defend 1v1. On defense, Starck's smooth lateral footwork, agility and gritty style allow him to stay glued to ball carriers for long stretches. His physicality and aggressive stick help him turn ball carriers multiple times. Starck's speed, cutback ability and smart decisions with the ball make him a plus player in the clearing game. Starck capped off a stock rising summer circuit by helping Team Philly win the Burn division (2028) at the New Balance All-America event.
