This month Golden has turned heads at NLF club events, the NLF Elite 120 Showcase and NHSLS. Golden's blend of athleticism, speed, intimidating size, and polished stick skills is impressive. That list of assets provides Golden with the versatility to operate as a finesse defender or a physical presence. When he takes the finesse approach, Golden can pursue ball carriers for long stretches and when the opening presents itself, cause a turnover with a poke or lift. If he elects to play a physical style of defense, Golden can produce turnovers by taking the body. After the ball hits the turf, Golden will track it down and secure possession. Golden also as has a knack for knifing through passing lanes and intercepting passes. Once the ball is in his stick, Golden has demonstrated that he has a great feel for when to push a transition chance versus when to roll to open space and then drop the ball back to an open teammate. As a bonus to all these skills, Golden has shown he can deliver smart and accurate clearing passes up the field.

During his breakout sophomore season at State College, Kimble poured in 30 goals and handed out 13 assists. Kimble has continued to be an offensive force during June as he torched opposing defenses at events such as the Apex Showdown. This athletic prospect with a quick burst and filthy stick skills can run at midfield for attack. Kimble's ability to get downhill from anywhere on the field and then shoot or distribute on the run makes him difficult to defend 1v1. His shifty cuts and elusive stick maneuvers allow Kimble to carry the ball deep into the offensive zone for scoring chances around the crease. Kimble has also proved that he can crank long range shots into the net from up top as well as the wing. College coaches will obsess over Kimble's ability to shoot / distribute with both hands.

Leatherman is a fleet footed rising sophomore with a well-rounded skill set. He is an especially effective transition player who is capable of running the length of the field for a goal or an assist. In 6v6 action, Leatherman can score from all three levels. However, his elusive change of direction moves, and filthy stick skills make him especially dangerous when he is on the run. Leatherman can dodge from the wing or up top, separate from his man and then find space for a 12–to-15-yard rips. Or Leatherman can continue his charge to the net, elude sliding defenders along the way and then finish in close. Additionally, Leatherman's catch and fire skills must be respected too. Leatherman's quick release and power enable him to unleash sidearms and overheads that find the back of the net. During his freshman campaign at OJR, Leatherman recorded 24 goals and 17 assists.

Over the last few weeks Morsell has piled up outstanding performances at marquee club events as well as at NHSLS. Then earlier his week, Morsell was named the Defensive MVP of the One Percent Showcase. Morsell is a lefty who possesses imposing size, a lengthy wingspan and fundamentally sound technique. Those items combined with Morsell's high IQ, smooth footwork and active stick make him one of the top 2029s in Pennsylvania. Morsell is a tenacious on-ball presence who causes turnovers via powerful stick checks, lifts, pokes, and can openers. He has displayed a thorough understanding of team defensive concepts too. Thus, his slides, doubles and recoveries are always on point. Plus, Morsell communicates well with his defensive partners which keeps everyone on the back end connected. This speedy ball hawk owns fantastic scoop and go skills. When he is on the fast break. Morsell is a threat to go coast-to-coast for a goal.

How this dominating and highly decorated face off specialist remains available is a complete mystery. During the 2026 high school season Reilly won 78% of his face offs and scooped up 153 ground balls. Those stellar numbers earned Reilly a 1st Team All-Suburban One League selection for the second consecutive season. On the June circuit, Reilly has continued to crush the competition. The skill that pops right away about Reilly is his ability to time up the whistle and react almost simultaneously. Reilly executes clean clamps so quickly that it appears he knows when the whistle will be blown. His textbook mechanics are impressive too. Reilly's clean pick-n-pops enable him to sprint into the offensive end to create scoring chances for himself as well as teammates. This incredibly talented 2027 has also demonstrated that he owns the speed, aggressive stick, and positioning skills to track down and secure ground balls. College coaches will love the poise and confidence Reilly projects.
