The Prep Lacrosse staff is excited to introduce a new wrinkle to our rankings: a regional edition.
This release drops during Prep Network's biggest sale of the year. New subscribers can take 50% off their first payment with the code 'BlackFriday2025' at checkout — but only for a limited time. This is the lowest price you'll see on annual and two-year subscriptions all year.
We're starting with today's Class of 2026 rankings release for the Northeast, which includes players who compete for high schools in New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, and Vermont. Rankings for the Mid-Atlantic, South, Midwest, and West will follow in the months leading up to the start of the 2026 season, along with an updated national edition.
Plenty has changed both nationally and within the Northeast since this class was first ranked nationally before Sept. 1, 2024, the opening of the Class of 2026 recruiting period. In what was a massive development first reported by Inside Lacrosse, former top-ranked '26 Dylan Faison of St. Andrew's (Fla.) will enroll early at Notre Dame, where he'll join the football and lacrosse program in January. As a result, there's a new No. 1 overall, and that player hails from the Northeast.
Here's a look at a few of the more notable storylines — head to the rankings landing page for the full Top 75:
