Once the ball is in Beach's stick, his ability to trigger fast break opportunities with smart and precise clearing / outlet passes is unique. Fry can play midfield or attack. He excels in the open field as well as in 6 on 6 action. In both situations Fry can pick apart a defense with his distribution skills or his shooting. In 6 on 6 action Fry has proven that he can initiate the offense or operate off-ball. Fry has the speed, shake and physicality to get downhill, run through stick checks and then score in close. He can also score via step downs from all over the offensive half. His ability to work on the wing, up top or from X makes Fry extremely difficult to defend. Fry is an inventive passer who frequently catches opposing defenses sleeping with his skip passes and dimes to the backside. Obviously that type of positional versatility requires extraordinary athleticism and speed. Hilty possesses both of those items as well as impressive stick skills and a high IQ. On defense, Hilty doggedly pursues ball carriers in open space. At LSM or SSDM, he is a menacing on-ball presence who shuts down dodges, forcing the offensive player to turn multiple times. Hilty is a serious offensive threat when he on the fast break. College coaches will love Hilty's ability to fire on net or drop a dime to a teammate while running full speed. His crafty pokes and slaps keep constant pressure on opposing player's hands. Once Schaffer has caused a turnover, he is quick to vacuum up the ground ball and then race down field. Schaffer also excels at picking up GBs in a crowd and then clearing the ball. Schaffer is a plus player in the transition game too.
