Alexander has shown to be a tremendous on-ball defender with the ability to put the ball on the ground at will. He is also someone who runs the field well in transition but can also stay on and make plays in settled offense, if needed. In his role this spring, Wickel showed a ton of growth and in the end his talent really showed through. He made nine stops in the state title game, which included multiple doorstep looks, to help Trinity secure a state title. Having the skillset to play down low or up top at LSM, Dobson showed to be an exceptional one-on-one defender who can match feet and cause real trouble for his matchup. He grabbed 40 ground balls and caused 27 turnovers. Rupp constantly put South Oldham on his back as the Dragons relied on his wins at the faceoff dot to keep the ball out of the opponents hands. Rupp especially shined in the final four where he went a combined 40-for-53 (75%) at the dot in the Dragons' semifinal and championship games.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
