Carey Smith | Prep Lacrosse Scout
In his first season playing for Henderson, Stukis provided an extraordinary scoring punch. This spring Stukis pumped home 77 goals and delivered 23 assists. Back in early May, Stukis posted an incredible ten goal performance against Coatesville. Stukis is a highly skilled attack who pairs speed with refined footwork and elite stick skills. That trifecta enabled Stukis to create scoring opportunities in numerous ways this season. His feel for the game combined with timely off-ball movements allowed him to capitalize on catch-and-crank chances. Stukis was also a master a sweeping from X, receiving a pass around the crease and then dunking it home. This 2028 prospect also showcased the ability to get downhill form the wing or X, beat multiple defenders and then finish around the cage. Stukis’ non-stop motor and aggressive approach on the ride were on display all season. He frequently pressured opposing defenseman or even goalies into turnovers.

Stukis, formerly of Salesianum in Delaware, had a tremendous debut for his new team as he opened the 2026 season with seven goals and one assist in Henderson’s defeat of Lower Merion. This highly skilled and versatile attackman owns refined footwork and filthy stick skills. Those assets, combined with his timely off-ball movements enabled Stukis to score on catch and shoot opportunities off sweeps from X and cuts across the middle. This 2028 prospect proved he could get downhill and beat multiple defenders on his way to the net for a goal, too. Stukis also displayed a non-stop motor and aggressive stick on two goals, where he pressured the goalie behind the net, stripped the ball out of his stick, picked up the GB, raced around to the front of the cage, and then slipped a shot into the empty net.

Stukis is an incredibly skilled attack who this summer transferred from Delaware powerhouse Salesianum to Inter-Ac contender Episcopal Academy. Stukis owns an explosive first step, tremendous speed, and filthy stick skills. That trifecta enables Stukis to take an outlet pass and the get downhill quickly to generate a transition scoring opportunity. In settled action, Stukis can initiate from up top, the wing or from behind the net. Stukis is especially effective at using a stutter step, inside hitch or shot / pass fake to set up his attacks on the cage. When he is on the run Stukis can beat the goalie top shelf, off hip or down low. Stukis also excels in two-man game sets. His ability to cut behind defender’s helmets for catch and shoots around the crease is impressive too.

Quickness, reaction time, power; these are all traits that Stukis carries. He has a strong outside shot, a versatile playing style that works well from many of the attacking sides’ positions, and his head on a swivel. This fake and finish is, in my opinion, his most deadly weapon.
