Denver once again tapped into its Canadian pipeline and came away with a gritty, well-rounded prospect in Taylor Harding. His box background is clear from the start—he plays with toughness, skill, and a physical edge. At the Terrapin Classic, Harding threw his body around without hesitation, diving in front of shots, flattening dodgers, and even taking clears into his own hands when needed. He had great timing on his slides, and he brought real force every time he arrived. In groundball battles, he used his pole to hockey the ball to open space, and in transition, he made the right reads and finished when chances opened up. Harding’s physical presence and skill should translate seamlessly to the next level.
