was the most impressive offensive player in the 2027 division at the IL Summer Derby. The standout from NRS consistently made an impact across multiple phases of the tournament and proved to be a major catalyst for his team’s success. Whether operating within NRS’s 2-3-1 set that transitioned into a 1-4-1 off a double cut, or working through defensive pressure in settled six-on-six situations, Flach found ways to contribute and create scoring opportunities. In extra-man situations, Flach’s vision and IQ stood out. He delivered two sharp assists against the Clippers and later added a well-earned goal in the championship game against Honey National. But it wasn’t just his EMO play that turned heads—his off-ball intelligence and crease work were equally impressive. He notched a highlight-reel twister near the crease and repeatedly sealed defenders to create space for teammates, showing an advanced understanding of offensive timing and spacing. Flach combines feel, finesse, and field awareness at a high level. If he continues to grow physically and add some strength, he’s a name that will quickly rise on college radars. His performance at the IL Summer Derby was the type that makes you circle his name for future watchlists.
